For the Employer
Our staff is professional, well-trained, and experienced in offering support and solutions on a wide range of issues and concerns which are part of today’s workplace.
EAP provides the following services to its employers:
Education and Training:
Quarterly newsletters, website articles, workshops, and skill-based training on a variety of workplace related topics are made available to contract employers. Our EAP Contract Manger can tailor training to fit the specific needs of an employer.
Our Contract Manager is available to assist an organization’s supervisory, management or human resource personnel on a range of concerns which affect the workplace. Often employers request consultations on such issues as drugs and alcohol, dealing with difficult employees or performance issues, or referring an employee for assistance.
If needed, our team of clinical professionals, trained in PTSD, can provide a mental health response to a traumatic event that has affected the workplace. Through this service, employers can receive assistance when unexpected deaths, serious accidents, or other critical situations occur which create a difficult work environment for employees. Critical Incident Stress Management services include consultation, and on-site availability for informal counseling and support.
For employers operating under Federal D.O.T. regulations which mandate employees for violations, the EAP provides SAP services including assessment, referral, case management and follow up.
