AT THE ITHACA YACHT CLUB

A fun day on the lake for our Sixth Annual Cardboard Boat Race! Participation in the race is FREE for all ages! With the launch of a new peer-to-peer fundraising campaign this year, you can help make this the best fundraiser yet! Spectator tickets include admission and a picnic from Luna Catering.

Children & Families

F&CS is the place to turn when your child’s problems seem too overwhelming to handle alone. Our clinical program offers high-quality, trauma-informed counseling services in a warm and caring environment.

Teens & Students

F&CS is committed to helping all students meet the challenges of high school, college, graduate and professional school by encouraging healthy personal choices and reasonable expectations.

Adults

We specialize in providing high quality, confidential, affordable counseling services to adults in a welcoming and caring atmosphere.

Older Adults & Caregivers

Our compassionate mental health services respond to the social, emotional and psychological needs of older adults and their families.

Local Business

Our collaborations with local businesses include sponsorship opportunities, comprehensive EAP services, and a highly successful downtown Community Outreach Worker program.
