How to pay for your care
F&Cs accepts payment for services in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Payments can be made in person, over the phone, and through the mail. If you would like to make a payment, please call (607) 273-7494 or mail a payment to 127 W. State Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. At this time, we do not have a portal through which to make payments.

We are in network with most insurance plans and are also able to bill as an out of network provider for those with whom we do not participate.

Having Trouble Paying for your Care?
Financial Assistance Program (FAP)
Family & Children’s Service of Ithaca is committed to providing excellent mental health care regardless of an individual’s ability to pay and offers full or partial financial assistance to reduce fees for services for those individuals who are eligible based on income and household size.
Qualifying for Financial Assistance: Whether you are uninsured or insured, you may qualify for full or partial financial assistance if your household income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Zero Interest Payment Program
Need help paying your bill? F&CS can create an interest-free payment plan for up to 48 months. To speak with someone about our Zero Interest Payment Program, please call (607) 273-7494 or email billing@fcsith.org. Zero Interest Payment Program applications can be accessed electronically [HERE].
Prompt Pay Discount Program
F&CS offers a Prompt Pay Discount to eligible clients who are not using insurance or any other third-party payers and are choosing to self-pay for their services.
