Rotary Club of Ithaca is fundraising $15,000 for COVID-19 pandemic relief and recovery projects with local and global partners:

  • Alternatives Impact AFCU Small Business COVID-19 Relief Fund
  • Family & Children’s Service KINECT Project for Children & Youth
  • Solar Power for Digital Literacy at UNIFAT Primary School, Gulu, Uganda

WHO:

The Rotary Club of Ithaca NY, partnering with two local mission-driven organizations and one international primary school, is investing in these projects to promote health, education and economic outcomes during this crisis.

PURCHASE $50 TICKETS FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A DOZEN – $100 GIFT CERTIFICATES TO FINGER LAKES TOP RESTAURANTS AND MANY OTHER PRIZES

The winning raffle ticket will receive a gift certificate package of $1200 value (a dozen $100 gift certificates).  Nine other prize packages will have values from $100 – $500.

Workshop: Fostering Children's Resilience in Times of Uncertainty: Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 12:00-1:00 pm Join us for a lunchtime talk on the importance of creating predictability and maintaining emotional connection with our children, especially during times of uncertainty. We will discuss the value of psychological flexibility, caregiver self care, building routines and the protective aspects of unstructured play (for both adults and kiddos!). Please feel free to come with questions, as we will be holding space for some Q&A.
