Workshop: Supporting Your Tween and Teen’s Mental Health During COVID-19

Marisa Matsudaira, Clinic Director of Family & Children’s Services of Ithaca will discuss how to best support your tween and teen’s mental health during the ongoing pandemic. Matsudaira will discuss teen behavior and development, how parents can build a connection with their teen/tween in today’s environment, and how to support them through their sometimes difficult behavior.
