Physical and Psychological Benefits of Time in Nature with Donald A. Rakow

Rakow’s co-author of ‘Nature RX’, the late Greg Eells, was a former Board Member at Family & Children’s Service, and a steadfast advocate of mental health services in our community.

Check out this session with field expert Don Rakow to learn more about how time spent in nature impacts our health and well-being, and be motivated to do more outdoors.

The program was recorded and is presented here, free and on-demand.
