Whether because of the topic, the people, or some aspect of the organizational context, if you would like to improve your confidence and your skills to have that conversation, this is the workshop for you. This intimate workshop will help you pinpoint what makes certain conversations difficult, and provide you with the skills and confidence to make them easier. You will learn to engage in effective and constructive dialogue through a process which involves diagnosing the situation, and then recognizing, interpreting and managing your own emotions and the emotions of others throughout the communication process.
